A reputable International Company in the downstream sector of the Oil
& Gas Indusrty seeks to employ suitably qualified candidate for the
following vacant position.



JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB OBJECTIVE
The Operations Manager will sustain the approach,  procedures and
plans of the company in order to achieve optimized operations
efficiency.

QUALIFICATION/PERSON SPECIFICATION

1. A good first or euivalent in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering (post graduate degrees will be an added advantage)
2. Minimum of ten years cognate experience in Production/Engineering/Manufacturing environment of a petroleum company
3. Good knowledge of flow dynamica, custody transfer systems, safety regulations, petroleum industry codes, specifications, standards and factory ordinates.
4. Conversant with templates for capturing operations downtim effectiveness. 
5. Good knowledge of downstream petroleum sector, terminal operations engineering, facility upgrades or manufacturing processes
6. Profiency in the use of Personal Computer (Excel, Word, Power point , AutoCAD, etc)
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Good Oral & Written communication
9. Team building and leadership skills
10. Integrity and transparent honesty
